The services I will provide to you are outlined in your "Buyers Service Pledge"

will assist you through the entire process of buying a home, from viewing, to
offer and
negotiations, throughout inspections, financing, and finally CLOSING!! No matter
how long
it
takes!!!!!

IS ALL I ASK OF YOU

I am giving you a stack of my business cards. If you stop in any Open House,
please hand the Realtor one of my cards, and state that you are working with
me under a
Buyer Broker Agreement. This eliminates any confusion as to your intentions or
status.

If
you see a property for sale that I have not mentioned to you, just write down
the address and CALL ME! I will get
the information to you promptly. I can do business with
any company in Lee,
Charlotte and Sarasota Counties, whether a franchise or independent.
(I can even obtain information on "For Sale By Owner Properties")

Tell me if you are interest in any NEW CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENTS,
and I will let you know what is available through various builders in your
areas of choice.
(Builders work through real estate agents too!)

PLEASE DO NOT place offers or make appointments to view properties directly
with listing agents of other properties or directly through the owners. Allow
me to make
the appointments for you. (The key is

important steps, I will not be able
to represent you or earn a fee, AND my hard work and research for you
would be for nothing!))

If you need to take a break for "House Hunting" for any reason, that's O.K.
Just
let me know when you are ready to start looking again. I am
