  • Measure the each room for details to ad to the MLS & flyers

  • Prepare a property brief with photo's of your home emphasizing the desirable characteristics of this property

  • Set up the "Talking Home Innovative Marketing Plan" where people who drive by your home can access a number and receive information instantly about your home & It's a great feature. By just turning their car radio into "My Talking home info" they can hear all the special features about your house. It's really like having a Salesperson at curb side to answer all there inquiries. Tell what could be better? Nothing!

  • Enter your home in our International Internet Listing and add it to My Web

  • Site, so the details of your property will be available to people all over the world

  • Information about your home sale will be entered within one day after putting me to work for you

  • Give you suggestions to help increase the marketability of your home

  • Install a lockbox on the property to aid in showing your home to prospective buyers

  • Enter your home in our Multiple Listing Service so the details of your property will be available to all the real estate offices with hundreds of sales agents

  • Send property briefs to other agents active in the area as well as discuss with them the benefits your home has to offer

  • Leave a supply of property briefs at your home for open house visitors and other agents showings

  • Prepare a minimum of three separate classified Ads for your home, and schedule their placement

  • Meet with you to discuss ways that you can help in the marketing of your home
