Buyers Bill of Rights

1.     I desire to be shown only those properties within the price range I have indicated.

2.     I expect the REALTORS agency to be disclosed to me at first contact.

3.     I need to know the material defects of the property that I am considering I have the right to be aware of pending assessments and their timeliness.

4.     I need to be aware of the nature of the contract, its time tables, and responsibilities.

5.     I have the right to consult my attorney, accountant, astrologer, mother or anyone else I wish on my offer.

6.     I expect to be kept up to date from the presentation of my offer through the date of closing.

7.     I need to inspect the property in accordance with Standard N of the FAR /Bar contract.
